Where do your tours take place and who are the guides?

Our tours take place exclusively in the Moroccan desert, around M'Hamid El Ghizlane, all the way to Erg Chegaga, Erg Zahar and Erg Lbour. Our team is made up of local Saharan guides born in the desert — nomadic camel guides from the families native to the region. All our local organisation is carried out by our guides and their families.

What kinds of desert experiences do you offer?

We offer camel treks — walks at the pace of the dromedaries led by our nomad guides —, 4x4 expeditions with a local crew, and wild bivouacs. We also arrange tailor-made journeys for families and group retreats, always in complete immersion with the desert's local communities.

Do you provide transfers from other Moroccan cities?

Yes, we can arrange transfers from Marrakech, Ouarzazate or Zagora to M'Hamid El Ghizlane, our departure camp. Transfer details are organised together at the time of booking, according to your itinerary.

What are your opening hours and support availability?

Our team is available every day of the week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Moroccan time), whether to organise your expedition from M'Hamid El Ghizlane or to answer your questions before departure.

What does life at the bivouac include during the expeditions?

Accepted Answer

At the bivouac you are welcomed by our teams at every stage. Meals are cooked over the wood fire by our nomad cooks, in the spirit of nomadic cuisine. On wild bivouac nights there is no electricity and no phone signal: you experience the true nomadic life that travelers choosing our journey come to find.
